Domestic shipping is $6.95. (No PO Boxes or FPO/APO.) International shipping is $35. International fees, such as customs and taxes, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Products ship within 1-2 weeks, unless they are custom made. Delivery estimates are 2-4 weeks for domestic orders; 4-6 weeks for international. byGrommet tracks delivery through USPS and is not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure a secure shipping location.

​If you are truly disappointed with your purchase, please contact me within the first two weeks of receipt and I will do what I can to make you happy. Unfortunately, original shipping costs cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. For refunds, products must be returned in original packaging in order to prevent damage.

byGrommet products are handmade with parts sourced from over 15 different countries, various flea markets and vintage shops. Many of the elements used are not replaceable, so please handle products gently. Sometimes repurposed or handcrafted parts may weaken or break with use and time. If this happens, please contact byGrommet with a photo of the issue so we can discuss whether or not it can be repaired. You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from byGrommet, unless the product was damaged in transit.
